Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days shift, 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities
• Provide physical therapy services to patients according to prescribed treatment plans.
• Assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and document progress accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing and licensing requirements.
• Complete documentation directly with the client outside of initial clearance packets before starting.

Required Qualifications
• Active Physical Therapy license in Maryland.
• Experience in setting and delivering physical therapy treatments.
• Ability to complete required documentation accurately and promptly.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working in a hospital, outpatient, or rehabilitation setting.
• Knowledge of the specific modalities used in physical therapy.
