Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, 3 nights per week (night shift), 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services to patients in an acute care hospital setting
• Work primarily night shifts, with flexibility for day or mid-shifts as needed
• Float between units and potentially to affiliate facilities within the hospital network
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation using Epic charting system
• Support hospital staff during major holidays, working 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
• Adhere to hospital policies including uniform standards and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

• Valid State of California Respiratory Therapist license in hand
• Previous experience in OB, Delivery, or NICU settings preferred
• Must be willing to work night shifts and holidays
• Ability to float between units and possibly other facilities within the region
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience (or as specified)
• Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within a comparable setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Epic charting experience
• Experience working in acute care hospitals with diverse patient populations
• Ability to adapt to variable shifts and fast-paced environments
