- Days, Part-time (3 shifts per week, 12.25 hours per shift, on-site)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor residents’ health status and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Document care provided accurately in patient records.
- Assist with daily living activities and ensure a comfortable environment for residents.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of Alabama.
- Proven experience in long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facilities.
- Knowledge of medical procedures, treatments, and documentation standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in LTC or SNF environments.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
