Job Title
• Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, day shifts, 3 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities
• Provide patient care in the IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units at a major hospital campus
• Float to other units as needed to ensure optimal patient care delivery
• Monitor and recognize cardiac rhythms, administer medications, and implement care plans
• Document patient progress accurately and timely
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in the applicable specialty prior to travel
• Recent 18 months of Stepdown experience; travel experience acceptable
• Valid Ohio license or compact license in hand
• Active American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate during orientation with passing scores
• Ability to work at least every other holiday
• Complete BCI/FBI fingerprinting within 48 hours of signing the contract

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience in PCU or Progressive Care units (preferred but not required)
• Prior hospital float or cross-unit experience
