Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services, primarily focusing on orthopedic care
• Manage a patient load of 12-14 patients daily, including follow-up visits
• Double-book follow-up appointments to optimize clinic efficiency
• Ensure productivity targets of 60 visits per week are met or exceeded
• Collaborate with the healthcare team and assist with float coverage to other clinics as needed
• Work up to 40 hours weekly with a guarantee of 36 hours, pending approval for additional OT

Required Qualifications

• Valid license or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist in Georgia
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Willingness to consider new graduates or traveling therapists (must be approved by director)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient orthopedic therapy experience preferred
• Experience working with diverse patient populations in a fast-paced outpatient setting
