Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to diverse patient populations
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care
• Float to other clinics within the region as needed
• Manage a productivity goal of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients per day with expected double-booking of follow-up visits

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Georgia
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient orthopedic therapy experience
• Experience working in multiple clinics or flexible settings
• Willingness to accept travel assignments and new grads are not preferred for this role
