Job Title

• Tech - MLT/Medical Technologist/Clinical Lab Scientist

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, night shifts, 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing on blood, urine, and other specimens using specialized equipment in areas such as Blood Bank, Urinalysis, and limited Microbiology.
• Operate and maintain instruments including Cobas, Sysmex, and Stago systems.
• Ensure accurate and timely results by adhering to lab protocols and quality standards.
• Document findings and communicate effectively with healthcare staff.
• Assist with inventory management and equipment maintenance.

Required Qualifications

• Current license required, such as a National Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) license.
• Experience with Cobas, Sysmex, Stago, Blood Bank, Urinalysis, and limited Microbiology testing.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a clinical laboratory setting performing specialized diagnostic tests.
• Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
