• Full-time, 12-hour night shifts, travel assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Perform bedside care including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and patient assessments.
• Assist during cesarean sections, attend deliveries, and support neonates and mothers post-delivery.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions to the care team, physicians, patients, and families.
• Collaborate across disciplines for patient transfer, discharge, referrals, and psychosocial support.
• Educate patients and families based on individual needs, cultural considerations, and clinical circumstances.
• Follow policies for surgical recovery and neonatal assessment, ensuring compliance with certifications and standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Wyoming RN license or multi-state RN license (attachment required).
• AT LEAST 2 years recent RN experience in Nursery, Postpartum, OB/GYN, or Labor & Delivery.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, STABLE, and AWHONN (must be attached; certification through American Heart Association).
• Neonatal resuscitation and fetal monitoring certification preferred (NRP, STABLE classes every two years).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, assist with OB/GYN surgical and postpartum care, and float as needed.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience caring for OB/GYN patients, including post-op hysterectomy, antepartum, triage, labor, delivery, and postpartum.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
