Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, 12-hour day shifts, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in an Intermediate Care/Progressive Care/Stepdown unit within a Level I Trauma Center
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, implement care plans, and document findings accurately
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Adjust patient care based on evolving conditions and physician directives
• Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards in a high-acuity environment

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in Tennessee or a valid compact license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a hospital setting
• Experience in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units at a Level I Trauma Center
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Basic Cerner experience preferred

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Travel nursing experience with multiple assignments preferred
• Level I Trauma experience mandatory
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and maintain focus in a fast-paced setting
