Job Title
- LVN / LPN - LTC/SNF
Location
- Santa Clara, NM
Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, 12-hour night shifts, 7 days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
- Administer medications and monitor resident health status
- Follow established care plans and document patient progress accurately
- Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver quality resident care
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
- Available to start ASAP and commit to 7 shifts per week
- Must arrive 48 hours prior to start to complete fingerprinting processes
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in LTC or SNF settings preferred
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
