Key Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric nursing care on a 21-bed adult unit.
- Document patient care effectively using electronic health record systems.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing care plans as required.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
- Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols, including CPI Blue Card requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Active Illinois RN license.
- BLS certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of behavioral health experience in an acute care setting.
- Experience with EPIC charting.
- Travel experience preferred.
- Must have an active CPI Blue Card to submit.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience on psychiatric units.
- Ability to work night shifts consistently.
