Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care in interventional radiology, vascular, and peripheral vascular procedures.
- Collaborate with medical teams to ensure safe and effective patient care during procedures.
- Manage on-call vascular responsibilities on a rotating basis, approximately one week every three weeks.
- Adhere to all hospital and department protocols, including documentation and patient safety standards.
- Support patient preparation, monitoring, and post-procedure care.
Required Qualifications
- Illinois Nursing License (IL Lic)
- CPR certification
- ACLS certification
- Epic electronic health record training or certification
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience, including travel assignments in IR/PV/Vascular, with at least one travel contract completed
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with PE procedures and vascular interventions
- Previous travel nursing experience in specialized procedures
- Strong knowledge of vascular and peripheral vascular procedures
