- Full-time, day shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized care to ICU patients according to established protocols and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Assist with patient monitoring, medication administration, and emergency procedures.
- Float to Med-Surg units as needed to support hospital staffing needs.
- Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record system.
- Take on-call shifts as required, including 24-hour call periods.
Required Qualifications
- Current ICU nursing license.
- Certifications: ACLS and BLS.
- Willingness to float to Med-Surg units.
- Experience with Meditech 6.0 EMR preferred.
- Ability to participate in scheduled on-call shifts.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous ICU experience in a hospital setting.
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
