• Full-time, Nights (12-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in IMC/PCU/Stepdown units, including cardiac telemetry, dysrhythmia interpretation, and management.
• Monitor and interpret EKGs, manage cardiac drips, and utilize rapid response teams as needed.
• Administer IV medications, blood products, and manage central, PICC, and peripheral lines.
• Perform wound care, chest tube management, and care for patients with ventilators and other respiratory support like CPAP and HFNC.
• Follow appropriate isolation precautions, manage post-surgical and post-cardiac procedures, and document care using EPIC.
• Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, including infusion pump and glucometer training.

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license with pending license acceptance.
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in IMC/PCU/Stepdown or similar specialty, within past 12 months.
• Valid certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support).
• Experience with cardiac telemetry, dysrhythmia interpretation, and management.
• Ability to float across units and facilities as needed, following compliance requirements.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with EPIC charting system.
• Knowledge of high-flow nasal cannula, tracheostomy management, and ventilator support.
• Familiarity with renal failure management, IV protocols, and blood product administration.
