Job Title

• Tech - MLT / Medical Technologist / Clinical Lab Scientist

Location

• Duluth, GA

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night shifts, 8-hour shifts, scheduled Sunday to Thursday

Key Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing and analysis in a clinical setting according to established protocols
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of specimens
• Maintain quality control and document test results
• Adhere to safety and compliance standards in the laboratory
• Support laboratory operations during scheduled shifts, including every 4th weekend

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting
• Valid Phlebotomy certification
• Proficiency in laboratory testing procedures and instrumentation
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance practices

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a hospital or diagnostic laboratory environment
• Familiarity with laboratory Information Systems (LIS)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
