Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days shift, 5 days per week, 8.5-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility setting
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies
• Foster a compassionate and supportive environment for residents
Required Qualifications
• Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Hampshire
• Prior experience in LTC or SNF settings preferred
•Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of every other weekend
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with geriatric or chronic care patients
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and documentation standards
