- Night shifts, 4 days per week, 8.5 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
- Provide licensed practical nurse or vocational nurse care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
- Monitor and document patient health status and report any changes to healthcare team
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assist patients with activities of daily living
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and safety protocols
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of Rhode Island
- Previous experience in LTC or skilled nursing facilities preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work night shifts reliably and independently
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working night shifts in a long-term care environment
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
- Ability to prioritize patient care needs efficiently
