Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to patients across two facilities in Deerfield and Riverwoods, IL.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patients' communication needs.
• Collaborate with medical teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and update plans as necessary.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Current applicable certifications (e.g., CCC-SLP preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a clinical setting.
• Prior experience in a therapy or healthcare environment preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient or facility-based therapy settings.
• Bilingual skills or additional language certification is a plus.
