Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a chemical dependency rehabilitation unit
- Monitor and document patient progress, ensuring quality of care during 12-hour night shifts
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct clinical interviews with candidates and assist in patient assessments
- Complete required documentation and ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of New Mexico
- Experience working in chemical dependency or rehabilitation settings
- Ability to arrive a few days prior to start date to complete necessary background checks and fingerprinting
- Must successfully complete all clinical interview assessments
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience with 12-hour night shifts
- Knowledge of New Mexico healthcare regulations and compliance standards
