- Full-time, Days, 12-hour shifts, 7 days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a medical rehabilitation unit.
- Administer medications and monitor patient progress.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
- Document patient assessments and treatments accurately.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
- Support patient recovery and promote a safe healing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico.
- CPR certification and other relevant credentials.
- Knowledge of rehabilitation and medical nursing practices.
- Ability to work 12.5-hour night shifts.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a rehabilitation or medical-surgical unit.
- Experience working 12-hour shift schedules.
- Bilingual abilities or additional language skills are a plus.
