Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients with orthopedic needs.
• Manage a caseload of 12-14 patients per day, with up to 40 hours per week.
• Collaborate with clinic staff and obtain approval for any OT hours worked.
• Maintain a productivity level of 60 patient visits per week, including double-booking follow-up visits.
• Travel to neighboring clinics as needed for float coverage.
• Ensure documentation and treatment plans are completed accurately in compliance with clinic guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Prior outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Willingness to accept new graduates and first-time travelers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a clinic setting.
• Must have outpatient experience, with flexible availability for travel and varied patient loads.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient orthopedic settings.
• Ability to adapt to different clinics within a travel team.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
