Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a healthcare setting.
• Deliver care during day shifts, approximately 8 hours per shift, five days per week.
• Follow established treatment plans and document patient progress accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Adhere to all safety, compliance, and licensure requirements.
• Ensure all certifications and licensure are up to date and submitted with application.

Required Qualifications

• Valid California state license in good standing.
• Ability to work day shifts, 8 hours per day.
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination required at time of submission.
• Two supervisor references obtained within the last 18 months.
• All certifications and licensure specified in the job description must be submitted.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working as a physical therapist in a clinical setting.
• Familiarity with travel healthcare assignments preferred.

Additional Notes

• Travel compliance requirements include no more than 10 days of RTO within the first two weeks and no full calendar weeks off.

• Permanent staff must be absent for at least six months before applying for travel roles.
