Key Responsibilities
- Provide treatment and support to patients recovering from addictions, including alcoholism, drug addiction, eating disorders, and behavioral problems.
- Assist patients in modifying problem behaviors through counseling and therapeutic interventions.
- Offer counseling services to patients' families as needed.
- Coordinate care within an outpatient setting for a diverse patient population.
- Support team efforts in delivering comprehensive behavioral health services.
Required Qualifications
- Active NH license as LMSW, LICSW, LCMHC, LMFT, MLADC, or LADC.
- Experience working with addiction treatment and recovery.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a recovery setting.
- Ability to float between Laconia and Antrim locations as needed.
- Currently licensed to work in NH; pending out-of-state licenses are not acceptable.
- Proficiency in EHR documentation (HCS preferred).
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in outpatient addiction treatment programs.
- Familiarity with PHP and IOP patient populations.
- Experience supporting multidisciplinary teams, including Behavioral Health Associates.

Additional Details
- Department operates with a census of 25-40 patients.
- Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
- Patient population: Adults.
- Orientation: Two weeks.
