Key Responsibilities
• Provide inpatient psychiatric care for adult patients in a treatment facility
• Administer and monitor medications, including CIWA and COWS assessments
• Conduct drug screenings and manage patient boundaries with professionalism and empathy
• Document patient care and progress using electronic medical records (HCS system)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including on-call physicians and administrators
Required Qualifications
• Valid RN or LPN licensure
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• CPI (Crisis Prevention and Intervention) certification
• At least 12 months of experience in an inpatient rehab or psychiatric setting
• Ability to perform CIWA and COWS assessments, UAs, and hold empathic boundaries
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in psychiatric or substance abuse inpatient facilities
• Knowledge of inpatient mental health protocols and crisis management
