Job Title
• Therapist - Respiratory Therapist

Location
• Atlantis, FL

Schedule / Job Type
• Travel, Days shift, 12.5 hours per shift, 13-week assignment

Key Responsibilities
• Provide treatment, care, and evaluation for patients with respiratory conditions such as respiratory insufficiencies, asthma, pneumonia, and emphysema.
• Operate and monitor respiratory equipment including oxygen therapy, nebulizers, suction machines, CPAP, and BIPAP machines.
• Document patient care accurately in the Meditech system.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Adapt quickly to a fast-paced, inpatient acute care environment.

Required Qualifications
• NBRC certification and active RT license.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of current hospital-based acute care RRT experience.
• Prior travel assignment experience.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with stroke management.
• Familiarity with Meditech documentation system.
• Ability to work independently in a collaborative environment.
