Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to ICU patients in a high-acuity hospital setting.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient care accurately in electronic health records.
• Float to other units within the division as needed, adhering to scope of practice.
• Participate in on-call rotations, with at least two shifts every six weeks.

Required Qualifications

• Valid South Carolina RN license or Compact license in hand prior to start.
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU nursing experience.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Patient ratio experience with 2-3 patients.
• Ability to work night shift and adapt to rotating schedules.
• Willingness to float to similar units within the facility.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• CCRN certification.
• Experience working in acute care hospital settings.
• Strong patient monitoring and emergency response skills.
