Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient behavioral health therapy services to clients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Engage clients to promote recovery and well-being
Required Qualifications
- Valid license or certification to practice as a Social Worker or Therapist
- Experience in outpatient mental health or behavioral health settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working with diverse populations
- Knowledge of current behavioral health best practices
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
