Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients requiring physical therapy.
• Assess patient progress and adjust therapy techniques accordingly.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient treatments and progress.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience in a clinical setting providing physical therapy services.
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and modalities.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with treating a diverse patient demographic.
• Knowledge of electronic medical record systems.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
