- Full-time, days shifts, 12.5 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to long-term care and skilled nursing facility residents
- Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
- Document all patient care activities thoroughly and in compliance with facility policies
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during your shift
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with EMR systems
- BLS certification or higher
- Prior experience working with elderly or chronically ill residents
