- Registered Nurse - LTC/SNF
Location
- Bloomfield, NM
Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, night shifts, 12.5 hours per shift, approximately 2 shifts per week, with the potential to work up to 36 hours by adding a day shift on Fridays
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and document residents’ health status and respond to urgent needs
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure compliance with all facility, state, and federal healthcare regulations
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of New Mexico
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred
- Strong patient assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a flexible schedule
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working night shifts in LTC/SNF settings
- CPR and BLS certifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
