- Full-time, Day shifts, 12.5 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to long-term care and skilled nursing facility residents
- Assess residents’ health conditions and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor, record, and report on patient status and progress
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of New Mexico
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred
- Strong patient assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work 12.5-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a LTC/SNF setting
- Knowledge of state and federal nursing regulations
- Compassionate with a detail-oriented approach
