Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, days shift, 12.5 hours per shift, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting.
- Monitor patient health status and record changes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and update care plans.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico.
- Proven experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
- Knowledge of patient care procedures and safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in LTC or SNF environments.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
