Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient occupational therapy services within a multidisciplinary department.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Implement specialized therapies including lymphedema, vestibular, wound care, and sports therapy.
• Collaborate with physical and speech-language therapists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare team members.
• Support department needs by maintaining flexibility with shift hours, which may vary.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in outpatient occupational therapy.
• Valid BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Must have Lymphedema certification.
• Experience with specialty therapies such as CHT, wound care, vestibular, and dysphagia studies (MBS & FEES).

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a multidisciplinary outpatient setting.
• Knowledge of specialty therapies like Parkinson’s and aquatic therapy.
• Ability to adapt to variable work hours based on department needs.
