Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed occupational therapists in implementing patient treatment plans.
- Support patients in therapeutic activities to improve daily living skills.
- Monitor and document patient progress accurately and timely.
- Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment.
- Collaborate with care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Valid certification or license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA).
- Prior experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow detailed treatment plans and protocols.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience assisting in outpatient or hospital settings.
- Knowledge of therapeutic equipment and assistive devices.
