- Full-time, day shift, 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Perform patient charting, assessments, and charge duties within a nursing home setting
- Administer medications and provide clinical care, including IVs, catheters, and ostomy care
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including therapy, social workers, and pharmacy
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to clinical needs
- Ensure compliance with facility protocols and maintain accurate documentation
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS certification
- Elderly care or long-term care experience
- Ability to manage complex patient needs in a SNF environment
- Experience with IV therapy and titratable drips
- Knowledge of ECS electronic medical records system
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working for Marshfield or similar facilities (must have an end date at least 6 months prior to submission)
- Comfortable working with dementia, frail, elderly, and rehabilitation patients
- Flexibility to float between units and work varying shifts
