• Full-time, Days shift, 8-hour shifts (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services, with some inpatient duties as needed
• Assess patient conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and function
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care

Required Qualifications

• Current license or compact license in physical therapy (in hand or at submission)
• At least 1 year of relevant outpatient and inpatient therapy experience
• Ability to travel as needed, with compliance to travel policies
• References: at least one required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 2+ years of outpatient physical therapy experience (preferred)
• Experience working in a hospital or outpatient clinic setting
