Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Location: Columbus, OH

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Night shift (3x12-hour shifts per week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care in an Intermediate Care/Progressive Care/Stepdown unit, with the flexibility to float to other units as needed.
• Assist in maintaining patient safety and comfort, adhering to established protocols.
• Perform IV starts, telehealth assessments, and other critical nursing duties.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Comply with hospital policies, including travel and credentialing requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid RN license (compact or state-specific) in hand at the time of submission.
• 1+ year of hospital experience in a similar setting.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Experience performing IV starts and telehealth assessments.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working in a Level 1 or Level 2 hospital setting.
• Ability to adapt quickly to unit float assignments.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
