Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, night shifts, 12.5 hours per shift, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
- Administer medications and treatments accurately according to established protocols
- Monitor patient health status and document findings appropriately
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure resident needs are met
- Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Hampshire
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred
- Ability to work night shifts and handle a demanding caseload
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in basic nursing procedures and documentation
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience with elderly or chronically ill populations
- CPR certification and other relevant clinical trainings
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
