Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a short-term acute care setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Assist in patient education and discharge planning as needed.
• Float between units as required, maintaining flexibility in assignments.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist (initial and ongoing).
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience.
• Compact license must be in hand at submission.
• Ability to work full-time with flexible schedule as specified.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in acute care or hospital settings preferred.
• Ability to float between units and adapt to different patient populations.
