Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose communication and speech disorders in patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy sessions to improve speech, language, and voice functions.
• Monitor and document patient progress.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Accreditation from an approved certifying body (e.g., ASHA).
• Proven experience in speech and language therapy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with pediatric or adult populations.
• Knowledge of relevant therapy techniques and tools.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
