Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele

Location: Burlington, NC

Schedule / Job Type: Night shift, 3 days per week, 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), travel assignment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients in a hospital setting
• Float to various campus locations as needed to support patient care demands
• Utilize electronic health records system for documentation and care coordination
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to clinical needs during assigned shifts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Comply with all unit policies, safety protocols, and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of North Carolina
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a medical-surgical or telemetry setting
• Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred
• EPIC EMR system experience required
• Ability to pass a Pass/Fail EKG exam (two attempts allowed)
• Flexibility to float across all assigned campuses as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Previous charge nurse experience
• Telemetry monitoring experience
• First-time travelers accepted
