• Full-time, Days shift, 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and administer physical therapy treatments to residents and patients with various disabilities to alleviate pain, restore, or improve function, and promote healing.
• Deliver treatments according to established plans of care, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Provide clinical support and instruction to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Monitor patient responses to interventions and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Complete all required documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Certification from the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) for PTAs, administered by the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy (FSBPT).
• Strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions from a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Empathy and patience when working with patients.
• Physical stamina to assist patients with movements and exercises.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or therapy setting is a plus but not required.
