Job Title

• Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, 12-hour night shifts, scheduled for 36 hours per week following orientation (no guarantee of hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care within IMC, PCU, and Stepdown units, floating as needed to various medical and surgical departments
• Administer medications and treatments utilizing EMR systems, Pyxis, wound vacs, and chest tubes
• Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, responding to clinical needs with professionalism and accuracy
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities

Required Qualifications

• Valid Hawaii RN license (must be obtained prior to start date)
• BLS certification
• 2+ years of nursing experience, with 10 years preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts from 1845 to 0715
• Proficiency with Meditech EMR, Pyxis, wound vacs, chest tubes

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ACLS certification (preferred)
• PALS, Procedural Sedation, TNCC, ENPC certifications (preferred)
• Experience in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units, with floating to other units or departments
