Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operations in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) setting
- Manage staff and ensure quality patient care delivery
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including NE DHHS regulations within 48 hours of placement
- Implement and oversee cottage/greenhouse model care practices
- Maintain flexibility to accommodate facility needs and staffing
Required Qualifications
- Experience with cottage/greenhouse care models
- Valid BLS certification from AHA or ARC only
- Clinical interview with candidates prior to hiring
- Ability to work flexible hours and on-call as needed
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior management or director-level experience in LTC/SNF settings
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and reporting processes
- Strong leadership and communication skills
