Schedule / Job Type

• Days, full-time, 8.5 hours per shift, 7 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in delivering therapy services to clients
• Implement treatment plans and document patient progress
• Support patients in performing therapeutic activities to improve their daily living skills
• Maintain a safe and clean therapy environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive patient care

Required Qualifications

• Valid certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
• State licensure or registration as required in Maryland
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a clinical or outpatient setting preferred
• Knowledge of therapy equipment and treatment techniques
• Bilingual skills are a plus
