Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional physical therapy services to patients in accordance with established treatment plans
• Assess patient needs and develop customized therapy programs to improve mobility and function
• Document patient progress and update treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and recovery strategies

Required Qualifications

• Valid license or certification as a Physical Therapist
• Proven experience in providing physical therapy services
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to assess patient needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and safety protocols

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in outpatient or hospital settings
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Familiarity with current physical therapy techniques and technology
