Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate patient care as the House Supervisor during daytime hours.
- Ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance within the facility.
- Provide clinical leadership and support to staff and patients.
- Conduct clinical interviews with candidates, coordinating interview availability.
- Facilitate smooth shift transitions and address any immediate issues.
- Manage leave requests, ensuring no extended time off disrupts staffing.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts on an alternating schedule.
- Willingness to undergo fingerprinting and obtain necessary clearances prior to start.
- Strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in supervisory or leadership roles within a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
