Schedule / Job Type
- Days, Full-time, Onsite, 8.5 hours per shift, 7 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to patient needs
- Administer therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and reduce pain
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Massachusetts
- Proven experience in orthopedic, outpatient, or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication and patient management skills
- Knowledge of current physical therapy techniques and equipment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
