Key Responsibilities

• Circulate in the Operating Room independently, managing a variety of service lines including total joints, robotic surgeries, general, urology, laparoscopic GYN, and colorectal cases.
• Float between units as needed, with competency to schedule surgical cases and circulate independently.
• Provide clinical support during surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.
• Respond to on-call requirements, including 1-2 weeknights and 1 weekend per six weeks.
• Maintain proper documentation and charting using Epic EMR system.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Washington or Compact RN license (at time of submission).
• Allied license in hand (if applicable).
• Minimum of 2 supervisory references from the past three years covering at least 6-12 months of employment in a similar setting.
• Ability to work overtime and on-call shifts as required.
• 10-hour shift availability.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience circulating in the OR for total joints, robotic, or laparoscopic surgeries.
• Competency in working independently across various surgical service lines.
• Experience working in a Level III Trauma Center or similar acute care setting.
