Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week (Wednesday/Thursday/Saturday)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MRI scans across a variety of patient groups, including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
• Operate GE and Siemens MRI units to capture high-quality diagnostic images.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
• Adhere to departmental protocols and maintain documentation accuracy.
• Support unit operations, including float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals as needed.
• Participate in required orientation and ongoing training.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of MRI technologist experience.
• Valid NC or Compact MRI license, in-hand at start.
• BLS certification.
• Experience with MRI techniques such as abdomen, pelvis, head and neck, spine, musculoskeletal, diffusion imaging, gradient echo, MIP, MRP, surface coils, T1, and T2 imaging.
• Ability to respond promptly to schedule changes and work independently.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with chest imaging and image post-processing.
• Familiarity with Epic electronic medical record system.
• Prior experience working in hospital MRI environments.
