- Full-time, Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week (Wednesday/Thursday/Saturday)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform MRI scans across a variety of patient groups, including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
- Operate GE and Siemens MRI units to capture high-quality diagnostic images.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
- Adhere to departmental protocols and maintain documentation accuracy.
- Support unit operations, including float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals as needed.
- Participate in required orientation and ongoing training.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of MRI technologist experience.
- Valid NC or Compact MRI license, in-hand at start.
- BLS certification.
- Experience with MRI techniques such as abdomen, pelvis, head and neck, spine, musculoskeletal, diffusion imaging, gradient echo, MIP, MRP, surface coils, T1, and T2 imaging.
- Ability to respond promptly to schedule changes and work independently.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with chest imaging and image post-processing.
- Familiarity with Epic electronic medical record system.
- Prior experience working in hospital MRI environments.
